C. Crossman, driving Federal Express, and F. Wilcox, driving Lawful Lure exchange looks as they cross the finish line. The photo also captures part of the crowd in the grandstand and along the rail as well as a radio truck parked between the grandstand and judges' stand. The horses finished all three heats one-and-two with Federal Express winning the $400 purse.
