Brown gelding, Hal Bee Laurel wearing head number five (far right, wearing white shadow roll), Carter up, claimed the first place finish with a time of 2.12 3/4 in the slow 2.07 pace. Brown mare, Altamaha, Safford up, finished in second place. Bay stallion, San Hanover, Pratt up showed in third.
