Black and white photograph of bay gelding, pacer Kelly Hanover winning the first heat of the 2.21 Mixed Pace and Trot, Saturday, September 3, 1938 at the South Kennebec Fair in Windsor, Maine. Kelly Hanover claimed the first place finish in a time of 2.13 1/2. Finishing in second place is brown mare Winnie Hal followed by brown gelding, Pagan, in third.
