Black and white photograph of mother and daugher Millie W. and Milliedale taken on the backstretch of Maplewood Park, Bangor, Maine. The gentlemen in the photograph are likely the unidentified owner and a trainer. Millie W. (born 1922), was owned by Arthur G. Lord of Nyack, N.Y. in 1927. Her foal, Milliedale was by the Hall of Fame stallion Abbedale out of The Abbe and Daisydale D. by Archdale.
