2.14 Class Pace
Black and white, finish line action photo of the 2.14 Class Pace at the Rochester Fair, Cold Spring Park, Rochester, N. H., September 28, 1933. Photographer Guy Kendall identified the photo as "Napoleon's Brother wins," though the image captures Napoleon's Brother pacing behind Harry Lauder (wearing the shadow roll). According to Kendall's race day notes in the score card, Napoleon's Brother finished first in the first and second heats before finishing behind Harry Lauder in the third heat.
