Souvenir program for the Thursday, August 18, 1932 harness races, horse pulling, and baseball game. Noted in the program is the track record holder, Millie W. with a time of 2.05 3/4. The program includes a list of the Skowhegan Fair Officers and Race Officials. The program also explains how the "Added Money Race Plan" worked. Teams noted as playing ball are the Providence Colored Giants and the Broadway Clowns.

The program includes Kendall's handwritten notes on changes in the field of horses, drivers, as well as race results. Kendall mounted photos inside the program.
