Mike McCarty reports the 10 o'clock news and weather, then transitions to Don Clark as he hosts a call-in radio show, Let's Talk It Over. Near the end of the broadcast, Clark summarizes the main topics of the day as "everything from gas to the gay convention, from the national police state to the typical politicians." Several callers express strong views opposed to the decision of the Trustees of the University of Maine to allow a meeting for homosexual students on the campus. (This audio begins at 26:25).
