Abstract/ Summary
Since 2008, Maine Sea Grant has hosted a biennial research symposium which includes research presentations and discussion, opportunities to meet with Sea Grant staff and partners to discuss research ideas, outreach plans, and outcomes, a poster session (with local seafood!), and ample informal networking time to facilitate new collaborations and partnerships within and among Maine research institutions, industry groups, coastal communities, and education and outreach organizations.
