Description
A black and white photograph included in the collection of Alice P. Barrows, an educator known for her work in theory related to school programs and contributor to thoughts on platoon school design. After her retirement in 1942 she lived in East Blue Hill, Maine, which may be the location of the photograph. The title is taken from a phrase written in pencil on the back of the photograph.
