An image scanned from a black and white photograph of Addison, Maine, taken by Leslie Brigham in 1938 with the caption, "Isaac Crawford, local milk dealer. This photo has nothing in particular to do with the fire. Crawford lived on the west side of the Pleasant River, and was probably one of the many towns people present." Part of a series of photographs taken "after the big fire."
