Description

During World War II, two of Meyer and Hilda Davis' children were serving in the military. This photograph, labeled "Christmas picture 1942," includes Meyer Davis, Jr., in his Navy uniform, Ginia Davis, Emery Davis, Meyer Davis, Sr., Margie Davis, and Garry Davis in his Army uniform. Meyer Davis, Jr., was lost at sea with the sinking of the USS Buck in October, 1943.
