An image scanned from a color postcard depicting the Riverside Hotel in Eastport, Maine. Undated.
Located on Water Street, the building was constructed in 1897 as a club house for businessmen called the Riverside. It contained 20 sleeping rooms with a dining hall that could seat 35.
In 1908 it was into a hotel and renamed the Riverside Hotel.
