An image scanned from a black and white postcard depicting the Eastern Hotel and the Congregational Church on Center Street in Machias, Maine. Undated but postmarked 1906.
The Eastern Hotel was constructed in 1852 and changed hands several times before being torn down in the 1990s.
The Congregational Church was constructed in 1836.
