Utton up pushing to the finish in the Trot for Horses with Records Slower than 2.03 during the Wednesday, July 19, 1939 Grand Circuit Meet at the Grand Circuit Meeting in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Miss Vermont claimed the first place finish in both heats of the contest, claiming the $350 purse. Brown stallion, Protectorate, finished second in each heat followed by Amy Jane in third place.
