Sepia tone action photograph of the top three finishers in a heat of of the Classified Trot on Wednesday, September 16, 1936, at the Oxford County Fair, South Paris, Maine. Bay gelding, Quick Quaker wearing saddle number three, Mason up won all three heats of the contest. Kendall did not identify which of the three heats was captured in this image. The photograph is signed in the lower left corner by the photographer.
