Abstract

Official race program for the Cornish Early Meet held at the Cornish Fairgrounds and Trotting Park in Cornish, Maine, Thursday, June 30,1938. The program includes the names of race track officials and the Maine Racing Commission Chairman, as well as rules governing the Daily Double and pari-mutuel betting. The program also includes Guy Kendall's notes on changes in race entries, race finishes, and times. Kendall also notes amounts for bets he placed in the upper left corner of each page of the program, and the outcome of these bets in the upper right corner for each race.
