Trott's Official Score Card for the Tuesday, July 5, 1927 races at Sage Park Windsor, Conn. The card includes the names of race officials and Guy Kendall's handwritten notes recording race details. The score card was printed by William J. Doyle.

The program marks the Sage Park Pace 2.12 Class Pacing Three Heats. The score card also includes the 2:15 Class Trotting Three in Five and the Foals of 1925 race trotting two in three.
