Abstract/ Summary
Journal for the Schr. John, a cod fishing vessel out of Kennebunk (Me.) whose master was Captain Nathan W. Huff. The log records a Fishing voyage from Kennebunk to the Banks. Includes much reference to weather conditions and regular accounts of catch for individual crew members. Back of Journal records total fish catch by quintals and barrels of oil used, including dollar amounts.
