Project Abstract/ Summary
Thomas Gansch is one of the most recognizable trumpeters in the world today. As the lead trumpet/singer in the Austrian cult brass ensemble, Mnozil Brass, he has performed in over 40 countries and has become a YouTube legend for the Mnozil Brass cover of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody. Gansch is also the co-composer of two Mnozil Brass operettas (German language theater pieces), which have been performed throughout Germany and Austria, including as part of the famous Salzburg Festival, and the stage of Berliner Ensemble, founded by Bertold Brecht.
