Description

An image scanned from a black and white negative of a man standing in a field of potatoes on a farm in the area of Presque Isle, Maine. Two horses pull a potato harvester along the row. Taken within a series of photographs where Armour Fertilizer Works appears to have been the client, and a sign reads, "Grown with Armour's Big Crop Fertilizers."
