Description

An image scanned from a negative of construction equipment at a work site surrounded by early automobiles parked along a dirt roadway. The site may be a rock quarry, or may be construction of the parking area at the summit of Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park. Workers, cars, equipment, and onlookers are all visible around the site; a flagpole and small building appear in the distance.
