Description

An image scanned from a black and white negative of two men alongside a motor-driven vehicle adapted for travel on railroad tracks, known as a jitney, with a light on the roof; one man has on gloves and a hooked device on one hand which could be used to move ice or cargo from a structure next to the tracks to the vehicle on the tracks.
